GLOBAL BUSINESS INTEGRITY PROGRAM

We're committed to being a place employees love to work as well as a responsiblecorporate citizen everywhere we work. To hold our ourselves, our emplovees and ourpartners to the highest ethical and legal standards we've created our Global BusinessIntegrity Program. The Global Business lntegrity Program consists of the five publisheddocuments described below.

1. The Code of Conduct is issued to our employees worldwide and outlines the significantegal and ethical issues that frequently arise in the course of business and describes thekey responsibilities all employees, directors and officers are expected to uphold and complywith in conjunction with our values and policies.

2. The Global Operating Principles set forth the minimum standards by which we expecteach strategic partner will operate and conduct business. These global principles alsoconvey to our emplovees and all public constituencies our values, commitments and goals.

3. The Supplier Code of Conduct sets forth guidelines and requirements for doing businesswith us for firms from whom we procure products and services, including contractors, jointventure partners and suppliers of goods and services.

4. The Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy describes our commitment to integrity and explains the specific requirements and prohibitions applicable to our operations under anti-corruption laws, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended (“FCPA”).

5. The Animal Welfare Policy sets forth our commitment to principles and practices thatrequire animals in our supply chain to be treated with care and respect.
