COACH Membership Benefits Adjustment Notice

To further focus on delivering an exceptional product experience and reinforcing our brand’s core values,

we will be updating the content of our membership benefits.

Effective January 1, 2026, the following benefits will be discontinued:

10% discount on designated full-price items for Gold/Diamond membership

Voucher benefits associated with Silver/Gold/Diamond membership

At the same time, COACH remains committed to providing you with premium products and services,

including exclusive leather care, monograming service, and personalized 1-on-1 styling consultations.

A newly enhanced membership tier system will be officially announced through COACH’s official channels on January 1, 2026.

Details and Timeline of the Membership Benefits Adjustment:

Before January 1, 2026: Existing benefits will continue to be issued and honored as usual.

From January 1, 2026 onwards： All members will transit to the new tier system and benefits program.

If your Silver/Gold/Diamond membership is valid on or before December 31, 2025,

you may continue to enjoy your current benefits until your current membership tier expire.
